Yes. Each participant will be sent a soft copy of all their photos including the edited and non-edited versions.
Deposits are required at the time of booking to secure your slot. The remaining balance can be paid during your session via cash, PayNow, or PayLah.
Sessions must be booked at least 2 day in advance to allow us to prepare your outfits, styling, and setup for the best experience.
Depending on your selected package and add-on options, timings typically range from 1 hr for our Express and classic package to about 3 hrs for our Luxe package.
We currently offer traditional Chinese attires in a variety of colours and styles, representing different historical periods. We are also working towards expanding our collection to include additional cultural attire in the future, such as Malay, Indian, Korean, French and other heritage costumes.
Our costumes can be worn comfortably over existing clothing for quick participation. However, if you wish to change out of your original clothes, a changing room is available.
Costumes are suitable for youths and adults and are selected for easy wear. We also have 2 costumes available for toddlers.
Most certainly! Participants are welcome to enjoy the experience together with friends and family. For groups larger than 6 participants at a time, we recommend contacting us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your group comfortably.
Yes. Our services are designed to support educational and community engagement initiatives such as Racial Harmony Day and cultural learning events. We also provide customised arrangements for private events including weddings, corporate celebrations and birthday parties. Yes, you may reschedule or cancel your session with advance notice.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before your session.
Cancellations are allowed up to 5 days before your session.
For cancellations made less than 5 days in advance or no-shows, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is only allowed up to 3 times
